Itching to dance in a judgment-free zone? The floor is yours with expressive and euphoric movement led by Jennifer Littel, who creates a safe space for your soul to collide with sound, supported by enticing music and lightly guided with sensory cues and imagery. The dance floor is a blank canvas – whatever emerges is your ecstatic art!

 

Wear loose, comfortable clothing; layers are suggested. We dance in bare feet or light non-street shoes, and water is a must.

 

Jennifer began dancing at age 3 and hasn't stopped moving since, with experience in performance, choreography, and facilitating movement skills for children. A certified yoga teacher with a true passion for dance, Jennifer delights in combining these two passions via her blog, FlowtationDevices.com, and by facilitating imagination-inspired movement meditation classes.
