Night Sky Sangha

Realizing that the volume of space that our bodies takes up has in it all the waves, micro, radio, photonics particles and every nanoparticle that has ever been named, passing through that volume without ever bumping into any stuff that could be identified as my stuff means that we are constituted of space of an unimaginable scale, so vast that all that is going on in the Universe can pass through 'my space' and never leave a trace.

Further, that we view as our existence as existing is clearly constituted of an illusion, a dreaming, an imagining that consciousness itself projects to itself as occurring for who in hell knows why?

That it is happening, that we are all having that experience and that we all know that that is the nature of our collective experience, is revealed by two compelling devices, both loved almost Universally -movies and all sporting events.

We are enthralled by their occurring and immediately disappearing moment, reminding one another to be in the moment, forget the last strike out, have no past to hang onto that will interfere with the next moment.

The fool's gold that sucks us all in is that the house and car are still there even when we go on vacation and return, lamenting how fleeting those days were. This is the same trick used on our body’s durability. That the car, house and our bodies are constantly appearing and disappearing only becomes clear when that magic trick stops and this dream/illusion vanishes as the result of a Galactic event or a drive by random bullet.

What we are all doing is acting in a movie or if you will, playing in a sporting event that is appearing one moment at a time and then vanishing, where we are both the audience and the lead actor. The script and the director have moved off stage and are away and unavailable for consultation.
